To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to respect our neighbours, please observe the following house rules.

• Access to the apartment is provided through a personal temporary code. The code is for registered guests only and must not be shared with anyone outside the reservation.

• Parties, events, gatherings, excessive noise and unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior authorisation.

• Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially during the evening and night.

• Pets are allowed only upon prior request and confirmation from the property before arrival.

• Please take care of the apartment, furnishings, appliances and all amenities provided.

• Before departure, please leave the apartment tidy and switch off lights, air conditioning and unnecessary electrical devices.

• The access code will be automatically deactivated at the end of the stay.
